I remember when I first felt the deep soul call to become a healer (which was actually felt by a deep call to heal myself). I was in a busy, mundane career as a Brand Manager - and, in honesty, I left it until my body was screaming at me with pains and exhaustion, and burned out so hard that I couldn’t walk. All because I was so scared to follow my heart, at the time.
I had a sense I was here for a more meaningful, ‘healing’ purpose of some kind, but I didn’t know what my gift was, and I lacked confidence. I didn’t have a clear map as to my unique gifts and how I could bring them into the world (and oh, how I’d have longed for that). So, I spent a decade - a full 10 years - floating around, training in all the different ‘quick fix’ therapies and modalities, and outsourcing my power to other healers, until I eventually came across the work of ‘soul’ and started to fully understand how our ‘soul remedy’ really works. I journeyed into the deepest work of my life to fully own and understand my unique healing gifts, my purpose and the personal healing that was required for me to fully step in and serve them powerfully - and embodied my gifts deeply.
Since then - after over a decade of healing and three years of deep soul reclamation - I’ve discovered that my unique ‘soul remedy’ is to help other sensitive women, and aspiring healers, learn how to to heal themselves (instead of outsourcing their healing) and discover, embody and express *their own* unique gifts into the world.

I believe we are all born with a unique soul purpose; that we each came here to live out a particular path - and that “sensitive souls”, especially, came here with a higher purpose to heal and guide other souls along that journey.

I also know that following your soul call to become a healer, teacher or guide isn’t an easy journey; it’s certainly not for women without a ‘fire’ in their belly - though that’s not to say you have to be immune to feeling fear as fear is all part of the journey and wants some love. Stepping into the wholeness of who our soul is calling us to be will largely bring up fear and resistance that wants to be healed. Fear is actually a sign that you’re ready - and you’re finally hearing the call.
What’s unique about this body of work is that it offers the path of love and integrity, which allows women to go softly, at their own pace, tenderly and lovingly discovering and learning to embody their purpose - without obliterating their lives in the process or pushing themselves beyond their edge.
