🔥🖤 FEAR OF BURNOUT WILL BURN YOUR IMPACT AT THE STAKE 🖤🔥
I've journeyed well with burnout over my life, so I know it well.
And it strikes me that it's an initiation - and experience - that many of my aspiring Feminine healing leaders share.
It makes sense, because they're magical - and they weren't built to fit into a mundane world. Yet they try so hard to
They're also usually perfectionists, so it's no surprise that a fear of imperfection leads to exhaustion - these are the women who are people pleasing, running around trying to make everyone happy, including their family, who have typically been used to professional careers in which they excelled - because they were so damn good at their jobs (#obvs). ⭐️
Often, they've learned a lesson from the bout of burn out they've been through. And they've redirected, making the transition into the spiritual world. Which can often, for a time, look like doing the very opposite of hustle - in fact doing very little.
And that's needed. For a time. (We usually do swing to the other end of the pole as we integrate).
And then they come to birthing a business from their spiritual gifts. And it looks a bit like this:
🖤 Avoiding taking action in case they burn out
🖤 Fearing taking action, so being hypervigilent about their body's symptoms
🖤 Micromanaging everything
🖤 Avoiding social media so it isn't a distraction
🖤 Thinking they need everything to be perfect before they dive into sharing their magic
🖤 Feeling like they're back in infancy as the baby of the industry and like their efforts "aren't enough"
🖤 Fearing the pressure of having to market their business
🖤 Fearing their energetic sensitivity
🖤 Cancelling things that are aligned because they are exhausted
Ultimately, their business is like another initiation - that has them straight in their old patterns of hustle, logic and fear of burning out again (your soul biz will do that - ask me how I know? )
WHY?
💣 TRUTH IS: BECAUSE YOUR *CAREER* DIDN'T CREATE YOUR BURN OUT - YOUR *SHADOW* DID. 💣
The hard medicine to take is that it wasn't your CAREER that burned you out. It was your unconscious blocks [those innocent younger parts of you that tried to keep you safe]. And they are likely still there on a loop, playing out.
Especially the one where you chose to live out of ALIGNMENT with your heart and soul.
Because when you're in a deep honouring of alignment and flow, you simply CAN'T burn out.
And if you are - it's a sign you're *not* in alignment (again, ask me how I know )
❌ Somewhere, your shadow is sneakily having you back in a loop of an old unconscious pattern you can't seem to shift.
Which is really because shadow is largely unconscious. It's the deeper patterns under your conscious fears.
What tends to happen from here is my women will fear burn out - and then it will burn their IMPACT at the stake.
🔥 We can't serve from depletion (again, ask me how I know )
You see, there is no shortage of POWER in my women - they're Witches (though they may resist that) - but they will harness their power against themselves over and over with their unconscious patterning.
💃 The deep work is to reclaim their Feminine power and magic, so they can know what's aligned and live from true alignment. That's what will heal.
And I suspect only then - only from true ALIGNMENT - will you create a professional and thriving business that won't burn you at the stake.
